  • Site location: Kolomban above Ankaran
  • Altitude: 90 to 130 meters above sea level
  • Exposition: SE, S, SW
  • Surface: complex of 3.5 ha, 85% on double-row terraces
  • Soil: marl
  • Varieties: Malvasia, Muscat, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Refosco, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah
  • Vine training system: single Guyot
  • Planting density: 6,000-7,500 vines/ha

Since 2011 we've been part of controlled ecological winegrowing.

Wines

Our wines are made without any oenological additives apart from sulphur. All wines except for the sparkling wine are made with indigenous yeast.
